Welcome to Brown Bread. We are offering Challah/eggbread in a braided or a loaf form. The braids or loaves are available in unbleached white and whole wheat flour. You may order the bread plain or topped with sesame or poppy seeds.

Leaf - Shaped Fougasse (cousin of focaccia and pizza) , tradition from southern France and many regions of Italy. The Fougasse is scented with herbs and has an overnight chill ( at least 24 hours) to set the bubbly structure in place. Unbleached organic flour is used.

FRIDAY is baking and delivery day. Payment is cash or check. Bread orders are taken from Saturday through Wednesday for Friday delivery.
